About Our Tooele Clinic
This clinic is just across the street from Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, Utah, a fast growing town approximately 45 miles west of Salt Lake City. The attending physicians are Dr. David K. Palmer and Nancy J. Stevenson PA-C. We serve the needs of Tooele County and surrounding smaller towns with a well-qualified, personable staff.

Tuesday & Wednesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Thursday: 10 am - 5 pm
Monday & Friday: Closed
