Scheduling Surgery
If surgery is recommended you may meet with a surgery scheduler that day to find a date and surgical center that work for you. They will then schedule the procedure with the facility and contact your insurance to determine your surgical benefits and obtain any prior authorization that is needed. You will be contacted with this information a few days before the surgery. The day before the procedure you will be contacted by the surgical facility to inform you of your arrival time the next day and give any additional pre-operative instructions.

On Site Surgical Suite
We are proud to offer an onsite surgical suite at our Old Farm Location. This is primary used for cosmetic surgical cases performed by Dr. Swenson.
