About The Clinics

Salt Lake City

Our Salt Lake City Clinic is just south of the intersection of 700 East and 3900 South, with ample parking to be found at the rear of the Old Farm Professional Plaza. The clinic provides easy access for those with handicapped needs, with no stairs or elevators.

You will find our staff is friendly, courteous and well-qualified to serve all the patient needs. We are children friendly with a child's play area to be found in our reception room. We are proud to say our clinic is equipped with the most up-to-date technology available.

Tooele

This clinic is to be found in the Medical Physician's Building, adjacent to Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, Utah, a fast growing town approximately 45 miles west of Salt Lake City.

The attending physicians are Dr. David K. Palmer and Nancy J. Stevenson PA-C. We serve the needs of Tooele County and surrounding smaller towns with a well-qualified, personable staff.

Intermountain Medical Center Clinic

We are pleased to have established a Clinic in the new Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, a suburb of Salt Lake City – the largest medical campus in Utah and one of the largest in the western United States. It is truly a place where the science of medicine, the spirit of caring, and the miracle of healing will be abundantly evident.

Located at 5300 South State Street, on a 100 acre campus, Intermountain Medical Center is comprised of five specialty hospitals, covering 1.3 million square feet. This location, in the heart of Salt Lake Valley, is accessible, via TRAX or from I-15 at the 5300 South Exit. Parking is plentiful, with valet service available.

Our clinic is located in the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Outpatient Care Center, Suite 310. Providing patient care for Ear, Nose and Throat concerns, including treatment of Allergies are Dr. David K. Palmer and Nancy J. Stevenson, PA-C.
